1. Local-First Data (Zero Tracking) ReefLog Pro is built with a strict "Local-First" architecture. All your aquarium data, including water parameters, notes, and tank profiles, are stored locally on your device. Digispark Developer does NOT collect, transmit, store, sell, or have access to any of your personal data or aquarium logs.
2. iCloud Backups If you have iCloud backups enabled on your device, your local data may be backed up to Apple's servers according to your Apple ID settings. This process is securely managed by Apple, and Digispark Developer has no access to these backups.
3. Analytics & Usage We do not use third-party tracking frameworks or analytics SDKs that monitor your behavior inside the app.

1. Educational and Reference Purposes Only ReefLog Pro is designed to assist aquarium hobbyists in logging and visualizing data. The dosing recommendations, AI predictions, and stability alerts provided by the app are mathematical estimates based on user input. They are for educational and reference purposes only and should not replace professional veterinary advice or manufacturer instructions for aquarium chemicals.
2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (LIVESTOCK & EQUIPMENT)CRITICAL: Saltwater aquariums are delicate ecosystems. Digispark Developer assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY and NO LIABILITY for the health, injury, or death of any livestock (including but not limited to corals, fish, and invertebrates), tank crashes, or damage to aquarium equipment resulting from the use of ReefLog Pro.
Users assume 100% of the risk when altering their water chemistry or relying on the app's dosing calculators and predictions. Always verify your calculations and test your water before dosing any supplements.
3. Subscriptions (ReefLog Pro) If you choose to unlock premium features via a subscription, payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
