All high-frequency sound frequencies (sine waves ranging from 12kHz to 22kHz) are generated locally on your processor in real-time.

• WE DO NOT collect, record, save, or transmit any audio from your microphone.
• WE DO NOT stream ambient sounds or animal reactions to any remote server or cloud database.

1. ADVERTISING AND TRACKING (APPLE ATT & GOOGLE ADMOB) To support ongoing maintenance and provide a free utility to pet trainers and dog owners, our App displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob (Google LLC).

• App Tracking Transparency: In accordance with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) guidelines, we request explicit permission via a standardized Apple alert before accessing your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA).

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, accessing, or utilizing "Dog Whistle: Stop Barking", you enter into a legally binding agreement with Digispark Developer and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and standard Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue usage and remove the software from your device.
2. LICENSE GRANT Digispark Developer grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and operate the App purely for non-commercial, personal pet training and acoustic testing purposes strictly in accordance with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines.
3. ACOUSTIC EMISSION WARNINGS & PET WELFARE (CRITICAL DISCLAIMER)

• Acoustic Characteristics: Dog Whistle generates synthetic, high-frequency ultrasonic acoustic sine waves (ranging from 12,000 Hz to 22,000 Hz). While human ears generally lack sensitivity above 17kHz, canines and other domestic animals possess advanced auditory capability capable of detecting frequencies up to 45kHz.
• Humane Operation: You explicitly agree to use this App responsibly and ethically. NEVER expose animals to prolonged, continuous, high-volume ultrasonic sound bursts, as extreme acoustic exposure can induce stress, disorientation, or temporary auditory discomfort in sensitive animals. Always maintain reasonable speaker distancing during training sessions.
