Welcome to ZenWake. At Digispark Developer, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").
2. Data We Collect
ZenWake is designed with a privacy-first approach. We operate almost entirely on-device to ensure your data remains yours.
- HealthKit Data: The App requests access to Apple's HealthKit (specifically Sleep Analysis and Heart Rate) to provide the "Smart Wake" feature and sleep statistics. We do NOT store this data on external servers or share it with third parties. It is read and processed locally on your iPhone.
- Usage Data & Alarms: The alarms and routines you create are stored locally on your device or safely synchronized via your private iCloud account (if enabled by you on your iOS device).
- Purchases: If you choose to upgrade to ZenWake Premium, payments are processed securely by Apple via StoreKit. We do not have access to your credit card information.
3. How We Use Your Data
The data collected locally on your device is used solely to:
- Trigger your morning alarms correctly.
- Provide personalized morning routines and sounds.
- Calculate sleep efficiency charts strictly within the App interface.
4. Third-Party Services
While ZenWake does not sell your data, the app relies on basic Apple infrastructure:
- Apple HealthKit: Subject to Apple's privacy guidelines. HealthKit data is never used for marketing, advertising, or data brokerage.
- Apple App Store: For handling your subscription and purchase status.
